Feb. 1st, 2005 05:53 pmLegs feel like jelly. Well, I guess that's a good sign. I did some running, some cycling and some weights. Only burned off 200 calories though. I guess the more I do it the easier it will get and the longer I'll be able to do each thing for. Cycling makes my knees click so I'm not sure I should carry on with that. Maybe rowing will be a little more knee friendly.
