The joy of PotC is that it is just chock full of pairings that I will quite happily read. With BtVS is had to pretty much always be Buffy/Spike or occasionally Spike/Angel but that was about it for main pairings. In PotC I will read

Jack/Norrington
Jack/Elizabeth
Jack/Anamaria
Jack/Will
Groves/Gillette
Norrington/Elizabeth
Will/Elizabeth
Gillette/Norrington

I'm basically a whore for PotC fanfic, and so is Jack as it means he gets to shag anyone and everyone. Naughty Jack!
