There are 109 communities with 'pancakes' listed as an interest and 433 LJ users. I only put it in for a laugh, expecting to come up with maybe a dozen at most. Clearly there is a pancake conspiract afoot.

ETA: It's pancake day 2 weeks tomorrow. WHEE!!! Now I have to decide whether to make them myself or be lazy and buy some. LOL
