hilsRight, that's it! Amazon must die! This is the second time in a row they've screwed me over. Last month I ordered a DVD for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mum_ra's birthday which, despite being told it had been dispatched, never arrived. I had to go into town and buy it which defeats the point. Now I've ordered two DVDs for my friends Matthew and Derek and they haven't arrived either, despite me getting an e mail on Tuesday to say it had been dispatched. I'm going to London on Tuesday to see them so now I'm going to have to go into town after work on Monday and buy the DVDs again
