Final post before bed

Sorry about all the meme spam. Loads of my friends seem to be posting interesting ones at the moment. This is a proper post, I promise

I have the prospect of a new job. It's at the same place I'm in now only with a different department. There are pros and cons for moving.

Pros - I've been doing the same job for nearly 2 years now. A change would be good
- I'll gain new experiences and meet new people
- My current boss, who thinks I'm fab for some reason, is moving to the same department
- The woman who is coming to take over from him is scary and I can escape her this way


Cons - I really like my office and the people I work with
- I'll probably have to deal with complaints over the phone which I'm not sure I'd like or be good at
- There's probably less opportunity for bonus earning extra projects like I have at the moment
- The pay is exactly the same as what I do at the moment

So the pros and cons are about equal. I have to decide by Monday whether I want to go for it or not. There's no formal interview as it's a level transfer but I will be considered alongside anyone else who applies so there's no guarantee I'll get it. It's up to the management who they want.

It's a tricky one....
