Counting down the days

hilsIt's the 1st of December in 15 days and Christmas Day in 39 days.
I'm starting to get quite excited about Christmas now. I wonder how long it will be until all the festive fandom icons start coming out. A couple of people have posted some already but each year there is one icon that I adopt over the holiday period. I'll know it when I see it. I can't say which fandom it will be or even which characters it will feature. That's the exciting part *g*
I'm about 70% done with my christmas shopping which is good and will be one less thing to worry about over the expensive month of December.

jacqui_hw has already bought a whole load of Christmas decs for the flat and seems to know exactly how she wants it decorated. I'm going to stay out of the way for this one. You remember that episode of Friends where Monica has to have her tree perfect? That's Jacqui. LOL. Christmas is her thing so I shall just let her get on with it and enjoy the prettiness when it's finished. We're going to have a decorating party the first weekend in December. What that means is I'll most likely be asleep while Jacqui decorates the flat and then we'll spend the rest of the weekend watching girly/Christmas films and eating junk food...although less with the junk food maybe
