hilsI had my mid-year report at work today and it left me speechless. In a good way. I don't think I could have had a nicer report if I'd written it myself. Not only did my boss say he thinks I'm good management material but he also said (to my face) that he thinks I'm the glue that holds the office together and enables us all to bond so well. I honestly didn't know what to say to that. It's one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. I make the office the pleasant and fun working environment that it is *beam*
So now I have a few management training courses to do and then I have to start applying for managment jobs *gulp* Of course applying for them and getting them are two different things, but it's a start
Oh, and he said he was going to recommend me for a bonus. YAY! Again, being recommended isn't the same as getting one but it's more than I had last year
