Wanadoo called me today to ask me how I was finding their service. After biting my tongue to resist the urge to laugh so hard I fell off my chair I informed them that I still hadn't recieved my modem. After no less than 5 phone calls. She put me on hold, came back and told me I was listed as needing to re-register. After an extremely long pause and a very hard "Why?" from me I was put on hold again.

Five minutes later she came back and asked me when I'd attempted to re-register. My now I was VERY angry. I realise it wasn't this girls fault but I have been screwed around so much. I practically yelled that I have made no attempt to re-register. I just want a modem. She put me on hold again.

This time I was told that they had attempted to convert my phone line but it wasn't compatible with their system. WHY didn't they tell me this when I rang them the first time?? They didn't know. They suggested I call BT to see what the problem was and then call them back. Oh, I'll be calling BT all right. To register with THEIR broadband. Then I'm going to call Wanadoo back and tell them where to stick their frigging modem!

GRRRR!!!!!!!!!!
