hilsLast couple of days I've been feeling bad about the way I look. Won't bore you with the details, but today I got my feedback from the people who interviewed me for my job. Thought I'd post it as a little pick me up. You're in no way obliged to read this and tell me how great I am. Just wanted to post it for me more than anything
Miss Keane presented initially as slightly nervous but a more confident side developed. She gave a positive performance with some excellent answers to the Competence based questions. Her knowledge of the DVA, SC Assessment process and MoD Communication was particularly strong. She is looking for a new challenge and the Board felt she was more than capable of performing well as an E1
