A work update

hilsHad another chat with my boss today, after one of the girl in my office got rather peeved when I said I wasn't going to make a complaint. She said that if I didn't then the office bitca would realise she can get away with it and carry on.
Boss said he'd look into the complaint procedure but I get the feeling he thinks I'm over reacting. He said something along the lines of
"I've had experiences of this in the past but no one has ever complained officially before."
Well, it's not done yet. He's also booked me onto an assertiveness course, saying that he thinks it'll help me deal with stuff like this better in the future. REALLY get the impression he thinks I'm being stupid...
Ah well, we'll see what happens
