The weekend

hilsWow, I've gone a whole weekend without posting in here. But I have a very good reason, honest guv. Been busy typing up and finishing off the fanfic I started on the way to London. I've been working on it pretty much all weekend and I finally managed to get it finished this afternoon. I'm actually quite pleased with it which is a rare occurance for me. Now I just need to wait to get it back from my beta reader and then I can post it.

kittygoth. We had lunch and then wandered around the shops for a bit before heading off. It was nice to see her. It's so dull at work without her to chat to.
I start my new job tomorrow (in York). Have decided that I'm going to have to turn down the London job if they offer it to me. There's no way I can live on 11K which is a shame as it would have been great. Never mind, once I move to York I can hopefully start looking for something a little more interesting than what I'm doing at the moment.
