hilsFeeling good today. Had another writing marathon yesterday and managed to get lots done.
Today I've finally managed to sort out my money problems. I was very reluctant to take out a loan, mainly because asking people for money scares me, especially the bank. However, today I realised I had no other choice, I needed to shift my overdraft and get myself sorted out. The bank were VERY friendly and helpful, they talked me through all the options and sorted me out so that I've got just the right amount and am able to pay it back in managable amounts. Should have done this when I first realised things were bad.
Got home to find a LOVELY feedback e mails from one of my stories. It's one of the nicest one's I've ever had. If you're interested you can read it here.

I wanted to say how good I thought this piece of writing was. I don't really read fanfic as a rule, whenever I've tried some the writing style just doesn't match up to the programme and even the better stuff has that slightly amateur flavour which kills the enjoyment of it.
The 'extra/alternative' lines you have inserted blend so seamlessly with the original parts I would almost believe it was the work of one of the Buffy writers.
You really know the characters, especially Spike - you've got him
down to a T. I love some of the lines you've given him - classic
Spike. I come from the same part of London as Spikes accent and there are plenty of 'Spikey' characters around (sadly not as far as looks go!), but even with this wealth of inspiration to draw upon I would have trouble writing something as believable as this. I'm guessing you're English too - if not then double well done!
Tiny constructive criticism - the closing scenes seem
rather 'hurried' after the gently sloping build-up - not saying I
could have done better - far from it, but I can't gush through the
whole email! 9.9recurring out of 10. I'm off to look for some more of your stuff now, and you don't get better appreciation than that.
