hilsBloody shite day at work today. We had the internal job advertisments come round today and just out of curiosity I thought I'd have a look. There was absolutely NOTHING that even remotely interested me, not at the grade I'm at now and not at the one I've applied for either. Got very depressed at the thought of being stuck here for much longer. I've been a temp for almost 12 months. Have applied for other jobs and heard nothing.
So, in my state of depression I decided to do some writing. They always say to write what you know so I've churned out some ideas for a couple of articles. Hopefully I'll be able to get them published, even if I don't get paid much (or anything) it will be something to help me get my foot in the door as a journalist or something similar. If I don't get out of the MOD soon I really am going to have some sort of nervous breakdown
