hilsDespite the fact I was knackered after the party today, it's been a great day. Spent most of the morning in a semi-coma and trying to avoid creepy guy who was being even more weird than normal today.
Still, went to the pub at lunchtime with Tyson (my poetry writing friend). We had a drink and a chat and it was nice. He's applying for a new job which made me sad that he might leave, but happy as its a good job.
Anyway, after the pub he was unbelievably sweet and told me that he really valued our friendship and the feedback I give him on his writing. He made a promise that we would stay in touch if he gets his new job. He also told me I'd make a good editor which has given me something to think about career-wise.
To top it all off its the weekend now so I can get a lot of fic written and just chill out. My harlet Buffy tape has stopped calling me and I'm feeling good
