Just testing the cross-posting feature.

Man, only 15 icons on a free DW and only 100 with a paid account. I have nearly 270 icons on LJ. This is going to take some getting used to

LJ only gives you 6 icons with a free account, so I'm stoked being here with my 15 icons instead!

With a different type of paid account, you get room for 250 icons. So far as I know, you can't get higher than that.

I have a question. As I get as put-off by not having my icons there as you are - which is why I rarely comment on things where people go 'the conversation is happening at DW - feel free to comment there... If you cross post can you choose which icon to use here?

No. You have to go to the LiveJournal version, after it appears (which can take hours), and manually edit the post to change the icon.

I find it easier to post things separately on LJ and DW than to use the crosspost feature.

I bought a paid account at DW and imported my same icon set and when I cross-post the same icon comes up in both places. It also cross-posts immediately for me.
