Ahh!

Because I am me (ie a dumbass) I bought some Vicks VapoRub after my sinus problems were diagnosed a week ago and only actually remembered I had it tonight.

I think the last time I rubbed this stuff on my chest I didn't even have breasts. LOL! It's bloody wonderful! So nice to actually be able to breathe properly!

I'm actually wondering if I need either a new matress or new pillows because I had no problem sleeping while I was at my parents and yavannauk's but as soon as I got home I was awake at 6am this morning

I'll see if the Vicks helps and then take it from there I guess,

I have one of those pillows for neck problems. It has been a boon. I haven't suffered from pain from my trapped nerves since I got it. It is the shaped one to support you neck while you sleep.

OOH! I might give that a try, although I think the problem is my back rather than my neck
