Excellent!

Here I was worried that I wouldn't have time to do everything I wanted in one day. Hee! Done the abbey, chalice well and tor and have had lunch. Timed it all quite well really. It was glorious this morning and now it's clouded over and I expect rain soon.

I'm going to have a bit of a rest now. My feet are killing me. LOL. Might venture out again a bit later depending on what the weather is doing. I've done everything I wanted to do so if it starts raining this afternoon I'm quite happy to just chill out in the hotel :)

There's definitely something special about this place. I don't think I've ever felt this relaxed.

Anyone want to see some of my photos? Or shall I wait until I get home tomorrow?

I Couldn't agree more. The whole place feels so sleepy (Wells is even sleepier. I drove round it in Friday night rush hour and there was about three other cars!).

I considered getting the bus to Wells this afternoon. We went through it on the way here and it looks nice. I don't think the weather or my apathy will allow it though :(

Not sure where you are planning to eat tonight but there is a wonderful Italian restaurant called Gigi'just across the street from the Abbey entrance - Magdalene Street. I eat there most times I am in Glastonbury. Superb cooking.
