lou_angel gave me Shelter to watch as a Valentine's present so Jacqui and I watched it tonight. I love it! It was a little slow to get going but once we were there I fell in love with the boys and even shed a few tears at the end

This is what Brokeback Mountain should have been btw. Pretty without being too long and boring.

OMG, you watched Shelter!!! I've been told by various people to watch it because apparently it's so amazing (and the surfers are so ht), but I still haven't got around to it. *LOL* The movie is still on my harddisk. I FAIL AT LIFE. But thanks for the reminder! As soon as teh_farmer and I have finished watching Queer as Folk, Shelter will have to be watched. FINALLY. :D

Its just as good the 146349429 time which I can't say for Brokeback Mountain. Also, I don't have to watch Shelter with English subtitles so that I can understand what they are saying.

Didn't you find the sex scene in it just beautiful? And the ending and everything. I LOVE IT!
