I was going to say that the people with Locke are getting ill in the order they arrived on the island but that makes no sense as Juliet was there first. In reverse order of when we first saw them on screen perhaps? I dunno.

Juliet was there first unless Charlotte and Miles had been there before. There have been hints that they have (Miles might even be Candle's baby).
