I am on the sofa in my warmest jammies, dressing gown and thick socks.

I'm a happy as a man who thought a cat had done its business on his pie but it turned out to be an extra large blackberry.

Is it too early for wine?

LOL, its a nautical term - from when boats actually *had* masts and sails etc.

Either way, my argument is that as long as its after 12 (11am being the older 'standard' when on ships) then its okay to drink ^_^

And remember: the sun's over the yardarm somewhere, regardless of where you are. *grin* My uncle always jokes he goes by another timezone when he drinks and someone makes a comment about the sun and the yardarm. ^__^
