The presents have been opened and the turkey is in the oven.

flickums has gone back to bed, Dad-Ra is taking Max and Fergus for a walk and Mum-Ra is in the kitchen so here I am

Not my presents. This is Mum-Ra and Fergus dressed up for Fergus's Christmas party. It was fancy dress. Mum-Ra was dressed as Fergus. LOL. She won. Don't you think Fergus looks like Merlin with his little neckscarf ;)

Yay! Well, you asked for fic on your wishlist and then I found those sweet mini notebooks in Smiths and decided to combine the two. I nearly had a problem when I discovered I was running low on Pritt stick, but it just lasted long enough. *g*

Oddly, Merlin has totally reignited my love for Highlander. I think it's because Colin Morgan is so like a young Peter Wingfield and Merlin as a character makes me think of Methos. Also, swordfighting for the win! Hm, I really need to dig out the DVDs and have a Methos-fest.

I love Highlander, though I'll be honest and say I don't think it really hit its stride until season three. Then again, I'm biased because I love Methos and he doesn't turn up until season three. There are iconic episodes earlier on, but seasons three, four and five plus the last three episodes of season six are the best. Duncan is the most fun when the secondary characters like Methos, Amanda and Fitz are around, though. I need to sit you down and show you some classic stuff like Chivalry, Deliverance, Till Death and the Horsemen episodes! *g*
