First of all thank you [livejournal.com profile] ilovedoyle for the very cute card.

Second of all I don't post a weekly review of Fringe like I do with all my other shows because I don't really have a lot to say. This mostly comes down to the fact that I have no idea what's going on a lot of the time

This week (or should I say last week) it was more insane than ever. I was sort of on board with the whole Olivia and John exchanging consciousness thing. It certainly made sense in the first episode (as much as anything on this show makes sense anyway) and I liked the idea of her having some residual headfucking going on as a result.

It's getting a bit silly now though. The whole thing with Massive Dynamic trying to rebuild John but not being able to because some of his memories are in Olivia coupled with the teleportation device thingy has got me back to wavering between whether to carry on watching or not.

Anyone want to talk me in or out of it? Is anyone apart from [livejournal.com profile] richandme LLB still watching it?

Gah, I watched up to episode 7, I think? And even then it was only because I have left over childhood yearning for Joshua Jackson.

I don't understand how they could have written a main character who is just completely uninteresting and uninspiring. What made the writers think it was a good idea? D:

Yeah, she is incredibly bland and boring. I've only lasted this long because of Walter and Peter

I like it - there's the occasional dullish ep but I find the mystery and sciency stuff intriguing (science geek alert!). I like all the characters, but Walter cracks me up. And I never ever spot the Observer in eps until it is pointed out to me, so my aim for the rest of the season is to spot him once without any help!

He's in other episodes?

I think that tells you how much attention I've been paying ;)

Tell me more!

Seems that he's been in almost all the eps - there's a clip of each sighting here

So far I have managed to completely miss all of them while watching the actual show!

Still watching. Still not sure what my opinion is on the show. *sigh* It's good and bad. Walter is the coolest thing the show has to offer. Olivia is kind of blah though. And I agree with you on the whole Massive Dynamic rebuilding John and the memories thing is getting a tad annoying.

I love Walter and he's the only reason I'm still watching

I have no idea what's going on any of the time. The week of The Apple, I was all "Okay, what just happened? And who was that, anyway?" - since I was under the impression it was the doctor from Denethor's loony bin (it wasn't, it was the Bad Guy agent). And now! Particle transportation! Some German bloke that I can't quite figure out who he is, or how he fits into it all! What's up with Pacey? And are they ever going to take that cow back where she belongs??

Well, I like it. But then, I enjoy shows with intriguing plots and mysteries all along =D
I love Walter, he makes me laugh, but he's really smart, too. Exactly my kind of man. Yup, even with the craziness and the evil genius thing *g*
Also, is always very daring to fin the Observer in each episode. Of course, I never spot him in my first watching *laughs*
