Well, I think all I have to do is gloat because my fic pretty much nailed it! LOL!! Merlin even used my 'You're the future king and I'm just a servant' line. I must be psychic. Hee!

The gay was definitely more toned down in this episode but I loved the subtle little things like Merlin and Arthur being all domesticated. The scene with the rat stew had me laughing, especially with Arthur standing over Merlin and making MMMM noises. LOL!

I was saddened to see that Gwen and Morgana have gone back to not doing a great deal, after we saw them kicking ass last week. Next weeks looks like they should have more of a plot for them.

I think what I liked most about this episode though was it felt like a proper Arthurian legend with the unicorn and the questing.

And, of course, Arthur was willing to die for Merlin *squee*

There was a serious amount of gay, I thought, what with the boys being all domesticated. And then Arthur being willing to die for Merlin. Eeee! The rat stew cracked me up, though.
