Rambling stuff really

jacqui_hw started sorting through our Christmas decorations yesterday and we put a few things up. We're going to finish over the weekend.

I've got a huge pile of presents to wrap up which I need to do today so Mum-Ra can take the family ones (and the couple that have arrived for me) home with her tomorrow so I don't have to carry them when I travel.

Oh, and this reminds me, something arrived from Amazon for me yesterday which I wasn't expecting so I can only assume it's something from my wishlist. I'm not sure if it's from anyone on here but I tend to save my presents until Christmas so I haven't opened it yet. Hope that's ok. If you'd rather I opened it now for whatever reason just let me know and I'm sure I can be persuaded ;)

I can't believe it's December on Monday. Where has this year gone? I need to buy an advent calendar tomorrow. Anyone got any nice ones to recommend? I was thinking of maybe getting one from Thorntons.

I am sad there's a Merlin meetup happing in London today and I can't afford to go :(

I'm trying to decide whether to spend the day typing up my merlin_the_elf fic or catching up with my shows. I actually thought all the shows had finished until January but it seems it's only Smallville and Supernatural who have done that. Oh, and True Blood which has finished now.

Right, I'd best crack on I guess.

YAY Christmas stuff! *G* We put our tree up yesterday, and we have to finish hanging lights and such today as well.

December already on Monday, can you believe it? We'll be opening gifts and celebrating the New Year before we know it!

And wow, SV and SpN are done until Jan already?
