Ow!

I woke up at 5am with a headache from hell and it hasn't gone away. I'm trying to work out if it's my sinuses or not. The headache seems to be worse if I bend down and it hurts when I sneeze too.

Might need to pick up some Sinutab on the way home. I've taken some Ibuprofen and that doesn't seem to have done a great deal

Of course this would happen right before the weekend

You need some salt and boiling water - a mug full will do. Sniff the salted water vapour up each nostril separately by pinching the other on closed. You should eventually feel a shift in your sinuses. Repeat for both nostrils.

I gave this tip to my friend who woke with a sinus headache yesterday and it worked for her a treat. Good luck!
