Hah! Not only did I make marshmallow sweet potatoes but I managed to get both my parents to try it too. WOO HOO! They didn't especially like it but getting them to even try it after they refused before is a small victory

I liked it! I think I maybe put a bit too much cinamon in it but other than that it tasted surprisingly good



I bought Max a meaty treat because he is woobie with his bad leg


As you can see all legs are bandage free


He is so cute!

Trouble is I'd probably scrape all the marshmallow off and just eat the potatoes ;) Which kind of misses the point really doesn't it! *face/palm*

Another advocate for brown sugar in the recipe, but it sure does look delicious. And this reminds me - WTF is up with the pink marshmallows? I did not and still do not understand!
