In PS you could use the Healing Brush Tool, or the Patch Tool, or the Clone Stamp Tool. Well, and time and patience. And, never work on your base layer but make copies.
It's quite an annoying work - and I hate CW for this huge logo!

I love #23. Perfect Lois and Clark icon and he looks fantastic. :D

(btw, I use GIMP for graphics; I think if it were me I'd try and brush dark blue over the CW mark on the larger image and then smudge it away, carefully so his tie doesn't get too distorted, and then when you scale the icon down to 100x100 it'd be too small to really notice anything was done to it.)

But even with the CW mark it's gorgeous.
