A couple of things I forgot when posting my holiday review

1. I finally found still Ty Nant in a blue bottle instead of the carbonated stuff. The bottle has now joined the one from El Paso on my bookcase

2. I discovered the crack den for book geeks! We stopped at Hay On Wye on the way home. I have never been anywhere like it before in my life! Every other shop is a book shop selling everything from antique first editions to the latest releases. My to read pile has doubled overnight! One shop I went into all their books were £1 each!

This is what I came home with

The Cranford Chronicles
Grimm Fairy Tales
Three Men in a Boat
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil
The Voyages of Jerle Shanarra - book 2
Ramage
The Adventures of Alatriste
Red Seas Under Red Skies

Hay on Wye is one of the most fabulous places in the universe, though not at all good for the bank balance. There's even a specialist shop for children's books, and one for SF&F. Heaven.

I was in Wales over the weekend too, but in the North. I saw a Ty Nant bottle and thought of you...

Hee!

I missed the SF shop. Damn! Although probably good for my purse. LOL!

Hay can drain a purse like a black hole drains gravity. But it's worth it.
