For those who were wondering, working out whilst hefting a heavy metal bar is HARD! Dude, I ache!

But it is not as hard at the step class I go to on a Monday. I never even knew I had that much sweat in me. TMI I know!

I have photos coming up of the newest addition to my DC shelf (where Iron Man is allowed to stay because he's Lex's friend)

Was it one of those weight lifting bars? I found one in my flat when it rolled off a shelf and hit me on the head. They're bloody heavy, I cried a lot.
