I need to exercise. The last few weeks while I've been stressing about work and driving I've eaten really badly and ditched aerobics. I'm getting fat. Again. :(

I'm going to go to a class tonight, even though Ros can't make it, but I'm SO BLOODY TIRED. I didn't get to sleep until about 2am and I slept really badly. I'm going to have to go from work (leaving at 4:30) for a class at 6 and then I won't get home until 8. That's a LONG day!

We need one of those machines from "The Fly" - so we could get together in some way, because I need to gain some pounds.

Or, you simply send me the body fat you don't need anymore - that likely is easier. Jeff Goldblum may wants to keep his machine. *lol*

When I was attending diabetes classes with my hubby, we were told that using a balance ball chair for 2-4 hours a day was the equivalent of a 20-30 minute walk, so we got one--because we sit more the 2-4 hours in front of a computer, but almost never do the walk.

I love it. Too early to tell how much it helps with weight, but I've tightened up, and my back feels better than it has in ages:

That's quite cool. I do an hours walking a day anyway though. LOL!
