The Iron Man cartoon is mental!

Seriously, were the guys who did this on crack? LOL!

It randomly turns into 3D and has a weird blob thing that looks like Krang from TMNT. And the weird blob thing has just sent a miniature version of himself to mind control Rhodey.

Crack! But amusing crack *g*

I notice Tony is less of a whore in the cartoon though ;)

And no Pepper :(

I watched these earlier in the year, I used to watch them when I was a younger - it was entertaining back then, but it hasn't really dated all that well. It would have worked better if they'd strung several episodes together more frequently, as they're only half an hour long and you lose the better part of a minute just watching Ironman get dressed up. Then the thoughtful poses, or the flashbacks that seem relevant, but give you very little. Oh and the insane get out clauses for Ironman to win the day - tape player? Sound recharging? WTF?

Yet somehow, despite realising all these flaws, I still quite liked it. I've only watched series one, so I want to find series two and watch that, as it was a different animal to the first series.

I also want to watch the Fantastic Four series again, just for the sheer random nostalgia. Though I hear, they did another Fantastic Four series a couple of years ago.

I think I might be visiting a comic shop or two again come pay day! Darn you woman! :P

Season one of X-men is already out

Tempting, but I'd rather get them all in one go, I must admit. A good weekend, with gin, vodka, tequila, and beers all the way... about 37 and a half hours of television. I could definitely go for that lol

In some ways, I preferred the animated series to the films - yet I love the films.

The first one was a good intro, but the second one was amazing.

nearly peed myself in laughter.

unfortunately, when I read Iron Man comics, now I hear that guy's voice when I read what Tony's saying.

They need to draw him more like Robert. He's perfect. Okay, they don't need too, but I'd like it a lot. Still like it. Like it more? I'd continue liking it but with a bit more enthusiasm because I could hear RDJ through the character better.

OMG, that would rock. And I'm sure that there is some guy out there who sounds like RDJ. There's a guy who did Johnny Depp's voice in Kingdom Hearts II—I bet he could do it. Can't really remember his name right now.

And yes, on the Tony/Pepper. Makes much more sense than Pepper/HAPPY. Especially with the way Jack Kirby drew him. Happy in Civil War—makes sense. Happy from back in the day? Looks like Jughead.

Hehe! I still haven't played Kingdom Hearts II. I must get around to it.

Hehe! At least we're pretty safe with the movies. I can't see them going down the Pepper/Happy route, given the director plays Happy and how egotistical would that be. I like the idea of Pepper dating Agent Coulson for a while before Tony gets off his ass and tells her how he feels. LOL! I know that's been done in a few fics.

I actually haven't read much in the way of Iron Man comics. I've read The Ultimates and Civil War but that's about it as far as Iron Man related stuff goes. Oh, and Invincible Iron Man of course.
