Angel comics

It's weird but at the Buffy comics start to get stronger the Angel comics seem to be getting weaker. I liked the final issue of First Night, but mostly for Gunn's story. I wasn't too fussed about Gwen and the civilian storyline just seemed pointless to me.

The return to the main arc just confused the hell out of me. I didn't understand what was going on, how Angel managed to make the Lords explode or what happened afterwards. Are they out of hell now? I have no idea what's happening. The stuff with Wes and Fred was no less baffling, but I liked the idea of Wes keeping his body and trying to get Cordy to help. No idea what's going on with Fred/Illyria though or why she decided to take Wesley's body
