This morning I was asked to provide a more detailed statement of what happened when I got locked out. I'm guessing they're trying to find a loophole to get them out of giving me my money back

Grr!

If I wind up having to miss one or two driving lessons this month because I can't afford it I will not be amused! I want to book my test at the end of next month.

Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill! I really hope you won't be made responsible for the locksmith fee---because wasn't it already determined it was security's fault for not following procedure?

Yes, it was but it sounds like they're trying to get out of it. The longer this goes on the less chance I have of getting my money back I reckon
