flickums wanted to know how university has affected my life.

I think the biggest thing was that it made me more self-confident as it does most people who are away from home for the first time. When I was at school I did my best to blend in and like the same things everyone else did because I didn't want to be bullied any more than I already was

When I got into 6th form I was all about going out, getting drunk and snogging random blokes because that was what everyone else was doing. I had fun, I must admit and that was the beginnings of me doing things because I wanted to. supernaturalhel and I used to write each other fannish stories for a laugh but we starred in them so it wasn't really fanfic.

It was only when I got to uni that I really started thinking about what I liked and what I wanted. It was while I was at uni that I first got into fandom and started writing fanfic. The rest is history :)

I was just going to say that I read all of your "comfort zone meme" entries, and it was interesting to learn a little more about you. Most of your entries are just one line or about fandom, so it was a nice change. :)
