I have a question for those of you who go to cons regularly. What do you normally wear? Personally, and I've done this every time so far, I like to wear something pretty which involves me wearing stupid shoes that hurt my feet. This is mostly because I am short and when I get my photo taken with the guests I like to be wearing something that boosts my height a bit.

Am I insane? Should I wear jeans and trainers to Collectormania?

Speaking of which is anyone else going to Collectormania in May? I'm already talking to tasabian about meeting up there and I'm trying to talk complicat into coming too.

Who else is going to be there? Come on, I know you all want to stalk Rosenbaum with me *g*

I tend to go for comfort when I go to cons. There's just too much standing around in queues involved for anything but comfortable footwear. And twice now (Ed Quinn and Jason Momoa) I've seen really tall guests all but doing the splits to avoid towering over shorter people being photographed with them.

Yup, Encore for 3 nights starting from Friday

Not sure what time I'll be getting there yet - I still have to book the day off work on Friday. I guess it's a good idea to get there earlyish before it gets too busy

I already have the Friday off work so it's just a case of booking the train tickets. Not much happens on the Friday anyway so no use getting there too early. I'll probably aim for about 4pm-ish

According to a website I found, Rosenbaum is 6'0".

Personally, I always wear comfy shoes. I have problems with my feet so anything else would result in a disaster. Though you could wear comfy shoes part of the time and have a pair with heels with you for the photo opportunities.
