I think it's getting to the stage where I need a new playlist for my KalPod. Thanks to everyone who gave me stuff last time around. I discovered some great new artists and even bought an album (Regina Spektor) based purely on the fact that I liked the song so much.

I love discovering new songs and artists which is why I do this, but rec me anything, even if you think I might have heard it before.

I just love Jeff Lang, he's Australian and is apparently self-taught. He'd taken piano as a child but picked up the guitar on his own and his playing is probably some of the best I've ever heard.

No problem. I love him and am surprised that he's not like a gazillionaire and making albums and touring all the time.

Heard him for the first time on an online radio station based in Sydney that is sadly no longer in existance. I loved the mix of songs they played and they played him all the time.

I rec'd Anne Deming's "Crawl" but really anything on her "Mulligan" album is good. It's available on itunes.

On a side note - I like pimping Anne out cause... well, she's my co-worker, she's a fabulous singer and I like introducing people to Anne's music - it's different! *grin*
