There was definitely something off with the food in that hotel, although Dave doesn't seem to be suffering. I was up again several times in the night and now the pain and sickness has moved onto the next level. I won't go into detail but lets just say my body is currently purging itself

I've had to call in sick today which I feel totally crap about because I know we're busy after me and Dave were out of the office for pretty much two days.

Here at work we call that "The G.I Twist" (when you don't know which end should actually be facing the toilet!!)

Yeah, I'm heading out shortly to see if I can find something at the drugstore to help settle my stomach a bit
