I'm not posting any previews for those on my flist who are staying spoiler free until it airs in the US. It's quite a dark episode though (ie most of it takes place at night) so the icons are quite dark too. I've done what I can to lighten them but it doesn't always work

Hey, I'm really sorry about that. I'm new to fandom and trying to learn the ropes... of course I'll take them down. I love your icons, I think they're really great. If you don't mind my asking though, just so I can learn, what is the reasoning behind asking people to not add text to your icons? In my mind it seems like a lot of work for you to customize an icon for everyone who wants one, but I'm sure there is a reason for it. If it isn't too much for you, could you make number 41 say "Always at the ready"?

It's just personal preference. Some icon makers are happy for people to customise them and others aren't

I just fell that if people alter them they're not 100% my creation any more. It might seem silly but that's how I feel. I put a lot of work into making my icons and I don't like the idea of people changing them

Additional customisations don't take long and most people are happy for the icons to be textless
