God, LEX in this episode. It was just BRILLIANT watching that scene over and over where insane!Clark and disabled!Lex interact. Clark really does come off batshit in that scene, and SMUGLY righteous, too.

I thought for sure, with this episode, Clark had realized that what he was envisioning of Lana was not real or healthy and he had come to terms with not being with her. And THEN...

MR acted superbly in his scene here. I really felt for the guy.

I wish there had been more of a comeback between him and Clark after Clark woke up but no.

There were rumors that they rewrote the ending... whatever they did, they sure made Clark look like a fool.

It was supposedly a Chlark kiss. There was also a longer scene with MM telling Clark to stop acting like he's human already (loser) and telling Clark a background that's closer to the actual background of MM instead of pawn of Jor-El letting people die to test you.

Actually, I don't like Chlark much... I don't think Clark is good enough for her. But if they went in a Chlark direction and started making him more of the hero that she sees him as, I'd certainly take it over the Lana worshiping sychophant that we're getting. It's not fair to Clark to have his show taken over by guest stars and hamsters.
