Bank Holidays FTW

Bank Holidays and weekends don't really mean much to me any more as I have to work them if that's how my rota falls. Got lucky with Easter though. Worked a day shift on Good Friday and am not back at work until tomorrow night now \o/

Today mum and I went to watch some doggies doing agility at Duncombe Park which is a stately home up near Helmesly. It was nice and clearly a very relaxed atmoshphere. Five minutes after we sat down a woman came over to me and asked me if I would mind looking after her deaf dog for five minutes while she went and familiarised herself with the agility course. He was a really cute dog and very friendly. Started licking my hand right away.

After that we went for a walk around the house and gardens which was lovely as it was a hot sunny day. I had to buy myself this. It's actually an old penny which has been carved into a pendant. Since we did away with old pennies in 1971 the coin has to be at least 40 years old although the date has been cut away so it's hard to tell. It does have Elizabeth on the back though so it's clearly from somewhere between 1953 and 1971. Anyway, I love it.

I really need to get some photos posted soon. I have stuff on my camera from 2 months ago.

But first I need to edit some porn ;)
