Huh

So, without jumping the gun too much there is a possibility I will be going to ChiCon in October. It's the weekend before Wincon so really it would only mean flying over a few days earlier than I was going to anyway.

Nothing is definite yet. I'm probably going to be rooming with oh_whimsical but we're looking to maybe try and share with one or two other people to get the costs down a bit.

I really hope we can make it work though, and not just because of Misha. Loads of my LJ and Twitter friends are going to be there and I would just love to see them all.

So, cross your fingers that it works out.

Sam/Castiel is a viable pairing

I've been having some interesting chats with various people about Sam/Castiel over the past few days.

Now obviously Dean/Castiel is my OTP but I have to say I have been shipping Sam/Castiel as a backup pairing for almost as long as I've been shipping Dean/Cas. I think I'm just drawn to the less mainstream pairings. LOL.

But a lot of people don't get it, and that's totally fine. I'm not about to tell anyone who they should and shouldn't be shipping. But what I did want to do is make a few notes about why I ship them for those of you who were wondering. I'll pop it behind a cut as it's likely to get rambly
