Off to the doctors this morning as I appear to have fucked up either my neck, back or shoulders. Possibly a combination. Ow!

Still in pain but doctor says it's just a muscular thing that will be fixed by Ibuprofen. I have lots of drugs now

On the plus side the doctor took my blood pressure while I was there and it's come down since I came off the pill so YAY!
