YAY for the clocks going back. It was about 1:30am when I eventually went to be last night so I could certainly use the extra hour.
I've got a nice leisurely day ahead of me today.
Mum-Ra is taking me out for breakfast and then we're taking Fergus for a walk. Poor Max has to stay home because of his leg :( I meant to post pics on Fri actually but Max is doing much better. The bandages have come off the stitches have come out. His leg is still quite weak though and sometimes he forgets and tries to run too fast and it hurts him. The vet reckons another couple of weeks and he should be fine to go on proper walks.
After we've taken Fergus out I need to get some sweet potatoes and marshmallows *g*

merlin_the_elf fic. I've got the plot sorted in my head but now it's whether I can stretch it to 3000 words. Sadly the prompts I've been given aren't really things I can make into icons.

Oct. 26th, 2008 07:27 pmHah! Not only did I make marshmallow sweet potatoes but I managed to get both my parents to try it too. WOO HOO! They didn't especially like it but getting them to even try it after they refused before is a small victory
I liked it! I think I maybe put a bit too much cinamon in it but other than that it tasted surprisingly good
