Back at work. Boo!

I'm glad the majority of you agree that Lex is richer than Tony. It's what I needed for my fic. LOL!

I've actually realised this fic isn't going to be very long. I might even have it finished by the end of next weekend. Then I will be calling on people from each of the fandoms to beta for me :)

I'm getting quite stressed about this job in Newcastle and I haven't even got an interview yet. Moving house and starting a new job at the same time can never be fun. Ah well, I shall just have to wait and see what happens

I am also getting quite anxious about the prospect of driving from Northallerton to York for a week with no one else in the car. I need to get over this crutch I have built for myself where I only feel comfortable if someone else is in the car with me. I suppose this will do it.

A revelation

Everyone has been telling me that driving is less stressful when you're alone in the car and it really is! I just had to take one of the guys at work to the garage to get our car back (the one that had petrol instead of diesel put in it) and I was really nervous driving out with him in the car but quite relaxed coming back on my own.

I'm still quite tense when I'm driving though but I think it will get easier the more I do it

Oh, and a guy honked at me today (because I'd slowed down to turn into the garage. Wanker) and I didn't freak out and instead muttered obscenities under my breath. LOL!

I'm getting there.
