Reading this book actually made me really sad. It was obvious from all the interviews that everyone was so enthusiastic back then, and even Al and Miles seemed to have a clear idea of the direction the show was going to take. It's just a shame it all went so badly wrong in the later years

Still, the joy of DVDs is that I can go back and enjoy the early days

Getting there

Just bought my train tickets for Stratford and Milton Keynes. Now I need to get my photo tickets for Collectormania

Getting more than one photo with Michael on each day would be insane, right? Especially since I also want one with Adam Baldwin and J. August Richards

Edit: Michael is only doing photos on the Sat by the looks of it so I shall just get two to make up for not having one on Sunday *g*

1. I finally found still Ty Nant in a blue bottle instead of the carbonated stuff. The bottle has now joined the one from El Paso on my bookcase

2. I discovered the crack den for book geeks! We stopped at Hay On Wye on the way home. I have never been anywhere like it before in my life! Every other shop is a book shop selling everything from antique first editions to the latest releases. My to read pile has doubled overnight! One shop I went into all their books were £1 each!
