A question and a strange dream
Jun. 18th, 2008 07:49 amIs Firefox 3 going to break my computer? I'd rather know before I try and download it. LOL!
I had a strange dream last night that my dad and I were taking Max for a walk only we were in a game which was a combination of Resident Evil and Tomb Raider. There were loads of water puzzles that Max had to do, which involved retrieving plastic balls and pressing switches. But we also had to avoid zombies.
It was definitely a game though because once Max got tired the zombies ignored us and we were directed to the nearest exit.
Weird!

Well, I have Firefox 3 up and running. None of my plug-ins are compatible but I have nothing major on there. Just a silly programme that chooses a random LJ icon for me and a couple of things that I can't even remember so likely won't miss
It seems ok. Looks like it's trying to make itself look a bit like Safari. Well, so long as it's not Internet Explorer. LOL!

Jun. 18th, 2008 10:11 amI have been amusing myself by watching the Tropic Thunder viral video. I haven't been this amused by a video since 'I'm fucking Matt Damon' and 'I'm fucking Ben Affleck'
Here's the video again in case you missed it the first time I linked it
I showed it to Dave yesterday and it sparked a half hour discussion on whether Christian Bale could indeed kick Robery Downey Jr's ass. I voted yes but Dave pointed out that Christian Bale nearly killed himself by starving himself for The Machinist and then bulking up for Batman in a very short space of time
So, there's only one way to solve this one

Jun. 18th, 2008 03:50 pmI'm going to have to cancel my driving lesson this weekend because I have no money. Crap! Not good when it's this close to my test. I get paid on Monday so maybe I can talk my instructor into giving me 2 lessons next week.
Need new job! Actually, I saw one that's in York this morning but I need more information (like how much it pays). I tried to ring the recruitment agency but the woman I needed to speak to was at lunch so I was advised to e mail her. So far no response.
