The good and the bad

You guys are awesome! You've come up with some wonderful (and strange) things for me to post about. I still have some letter free so if no one else offers anything overnight I'll open it up for anyone to pick a second letter if they want.

I had a crap driving lesson where I messed up all my manouvers and nearly hit a cyclist. I was nearly in tears by the end and massively panicking because my test is in 6 weeks. My instructor assured me it was just a bad day, and everyone has them, and that she wouldn't let me do my test if she didn't think I was ready. I just hope next week is better.

On the other hand the Torchwood game was MASSES of fun. I met Dick Turpin and rode through town on his horse during a temporal rift (for those who don't know Dick Turpin spent the latter part of his life in the York area and was eventually hanged here). I'm really looking forward to the big game on Saturday.

I had a strange dream last night that I was at a New Year's party and amongst the guests were Frank Sinatra (who was drunk), Victoria Wood (who was working behind the bar and Frank kept flirting with her), John Barrowman and his husband, George Lucas and all the emo kids from St. Trinians.

WTF brain.

I have a new game for my DS and I'm a wee bit addicted. It's called Puzzle Quest and is a bizarre combination of Final Fantasy and Bejewelled, but it's so much fun!

I can't believe it's Thursday already. This week off is going so fast! I really want to get another batch of Smallville and Buffy icons made before I go back to work on Monday, I have three more episode snippets to write, I STILL haven't watched the finales of Lost and Smallville and I haven't watched any of Pushing Daisies.

I have this weird thing where I don't like watching films and TV during the day. I feels more like a night time activity, which I know makes no sense.
