YAYZ!

After some encouraging prodding from selinamoonfire and a beta from lexalicious70 I got my episode snippet done and I shall post momentarily.

I got everything else on my list done except watching The Wire, which I started but switched off after 10 minutes as it really didn't look like my sort of thing. I don't like things that are really violent and even though nothing happened while I was watching I started to feel really uncomfortable just waiting for someone to get shot. So, not my thing. I tried.

Kitty just brought in a dead mouse. Am I bad for making her take it back outside? I know cats generally bring you dead things because they like you but ick! I wasn't going to dispose of it.

Morning all! Ok, it's afternoon here but it's morning for most of you.

First of all I have to post about my dream last night. Top Gear meets Shear Love. LOL!!! It was so funny. The Top Gear boys were remodelling someone's house as a challenge and they found a couple of Sylvias in the bathroom. I told them they had to inflate them and leave them in there because it would be funny. Oh, my brain.

Kitty came and climbed all over me at some silly time this morning but eventually decided I wasn't comfortable enough and she went away.

Dave texted me this morning and told me to give The Wire a chance. He says it's not as violent as Rome, which I watched last year. Anyone want to back him up?

I will be starting todays writing session after lunch. I'm really glad I was able to get my snippet posted last night (even if the pairing seems to have scared a lot of my regular commenters away. LOL) because now I feel like I can write. Plan is to get my clothes swap fic done this week and to make a good start on my Remix too.

That dancercise DVD is HARD!!! It's SO FAST! Look, it's making me excessively use capslock. LOL!

I'm fairly sure I didn't do any of the routines properly but I was jumping around like a loon and I got my heart rate up so that's all I care about. Will have another go tomorrow

Haven't got anywhere near as much writing done today as I'd hoped. I'll have another go after dinner.

Is anyone else joining in the proposed LJ strike on Friday? I only just heard about it but this is the info I nicked from someone elses journal

Want to protest against LJ censoring the interest pages and removing the Basic account level?
Join the strike! (And repost this to your own journal.)
Everything's explained at beckyzoole's LJ, but basically: on Friday, March 21st, we will not be posting or commenting for 24 hours.

This and this are also very worrying.

I have just had the strange yet not altogether unpleasant experience of lusting after Jared. Just one pic but he's done wonderful things with his hair and is looking all steely and just GUH!

And on a totally unrelated note I am loving the current trend amongst my friends of pairing up Rosenbaum's characters with each other. Whoever pairs Tanis up with any other Michael character will get a prize from me for sheer creative genius ;)
