I'm home! That was a great party! Sadly I don't have any photos to share as I got very drunk and it didn't occur to me to take any. LOL! One of flickums's friends had a camera so I'm hoping I can get the photos from her.

It's quite amusing the number of people who knew who I was because of LJ. Hehe! One person told me my journal was scary, another said they recognised me because of the icon I have of myself *g*

Got a few fannish things to do this afternoon. I'm going to post my writeup of Cure on svtimeline and make my next batch of Season 2 icons. I also think I need to redo my profile as it's a bit out of date.

Just so you know (and a pimp)

One of the attendees from last years writerconuk e mailed me and kindly offered me a lift to this years event. Sadly because it's so close to both my weekend in Cardiff and my trip to Stratford I'm not going to be able to make it this year. That's two lots of hotel accomodation I'll be paying for in the space of a month and I just can't afford to add a third :(

Justice League Heroes for the DS is even harder than the version of the game for the PS2. Mostly because Flash is crap and keeps getting killed really quickly, leaving Wonder Woman to do all the work

Fever

Fever is another really good episode. On rewatching I'm surprised at how many good episodes are in Season 2 that I'd forgotten about. The only one that really stuck the first time around for me was Rosetta.

I love Jonathan being all gung-ho and running off to steal the ships key back so he can save Martha and Clark. I love poor Chloe pouring out her heart to Clark while he's asleep. I love Lex being all nervous about asking Helen to move in with him (and rightly so as it transpires. Poor woobie)

Lana, yet again, snoops through Chloe's stuff and takes advantage of it by telling Clark how she feels when Chloe can't. Grr!

1. I have been a writer for as long as I remember. As well as writing stories for school I used to write my own fairy tales when I was about 9 years old.

2. When I was younger I wanted to be a teacher, then I wanted to work in the music industry, then for years I had no idea what I wanted to do. Now I love my job as an IT geek

3. Out of all the celebs I have met at cons and things, Nathan Fillion is the one I love most. He was so charming and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a good time and got a personal experience out of it. He's the only person who asked me what my name was when I was getting my photo taken with him.

4. If I do something often enough I develop annoying habits like always having to sit exactly six rows back from the front of the cinema, and always using the same seat when I get the bus. I don't get upset if I can't do this but it doesn't feel right.

5. I once had aspirations to write a novel but gave up because I liked writing fanfiction too much

6. When I was in the Buffy fandom I used to be able to churn out a fic in a day. I think that says something about the quality of the writing though

7. I get horribly embarassed when I meet people from online in real life and they talk about my fic.
