Fandom stuff

There's a fandom love meme going on at the moment. This is the first time I've ever got a mention in one of these things, which makes me all kinds of happy (and a shade embarassed too)

This is a great essay on why 'Flooded' is a blueprint episode for Season 6 of Buffy. Further evidence of how Buffy stands head and shoulders above all my other fandoms in terms of how clever it is.

I've just realised today is the first day of my month at svroundtable. I'll have to put together some recs this weekend but I still have no idea what to use *flails and panics*

Today's thought (and look, it's nothing to do with Smallville)

I realised this morning that DMC Norrie is my favourite. I love my Scruffington.

CotBP is my favourite film in the series.

Uh...I don't think I have anything good to say about AWE. There's nothing in it that wasn't done better in one of the other two films

I want to watch DMC again but, alas, I have loaned it to someone at work and he's not back until Monday.

It's definitely happening!

I've booked my flights to Canada!

I fly out on 4th July and fly back on the 11th (although my flight actually gets in the morning of the 12th)

Soon I will be seeing richess, redeem147 and rockgoddes in person again!

WHEE!

Oh, and I'll be meeting Katee Sackoff and Ron Glass
